Positive: The onsen is amazing. The staff are great. The rooms are large. The experience is a very traditional Japanese accompanied by great service. I spent my birthday there with a close group of 5 friends and we had a great time playing cards around a table in a room listening to tunes and enjoying the great beer that they have there. We left a pair of prescription glasses behind and when contacted them, not only did they ship them to another country for us, but they didn’t charge us for the shipping. Stay here, you won’t regret it!
