Summary: The shuttle will pick u up from a station! Really great all around stay! Food is little for dinner but still good. Public baths are less busy in the early afternoon from my experience.

Summary: Amazing. Seems expensive, but what you get is amazing. Spend the extra Yen and get a floor in the Luxury floors. VIP lobby, foot bath. Private in-room onsen. Dinner and breakfast. Great view of Lake Biwa. The nicest place I have ever stayed in. Free pickup and return to the train station.

Summary: Having a private bath in the patio was great. Staff was courteous and friendly, the food was excellent, and having three different open air hot spring was a plus. Ideal for solo travelers.

Summary: Though I only stayed there for one day, the trip was very pleasant! Several of the employees speak perfect English, they were very accommodating and very helpful. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious, the breakfast being a buffet that had very many options in case you are a picky eater. Both of the private onsens were also very nice
