Positive: The room we have was facing the sea, beautiful scene. Staff were courteous. Onsen was nice. There was also jacuzzi bath tub in the room, facing the sea. The beech was lit at night, creating a nice ambiance. Parking was sufficient. An enjoyable stay.

Negative: Air conditioning was not effective enough, it was a bit too warm during sleep.

Positive: The location: the last beach front hotel of Kaike Onsen, with unspoiled sea and mountain view. Care and attention to detail: your suitcase gets cleaned before you enter the lobby. The lift has a tatami floor. Mine was a late, and inexpensive booking. There are also rooms with private baths. My room was a delight. And a few steps from the hotel, Fado, a creative food café that serves the finest food ever for just a few euros. A great place for cyclists. I certainly shall return.

Negative: I loved everything.

Positive: We loved relaxing in our own private onsen overlooking the sea at sunrise! The room was large with both indoor and an outdoor seaview sitting areas in addition to the outdoor onsen. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, helping us pick out our yukata (lovely) and calling a taxi for our departure. In the lobby, you get a free welcome drink, and coffee and tea are always available as you enjoy the view of the coast. We also enjoyed walking along the coast on the path right outside the hotel. It was the perfect getaway!
