Positive: A complete home for a family. Everything you can ask from a self catered farm house property. Much better value than those Holiday Caravans. The host James was very friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Skand Vale or Carmarthem area.

Positive: Great location, very peaceful and close to attractions and beaches,welcoming owner, quality of holiday home met and exceeded expectations.lemon cakes were left for us on arrival which were delicious,plenty of extras included such as deck chairs which we didn't take advantage of but hopefully next time, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a break from daily life in a beautiful part of the country. We ate at Ginger restaurant, which is a few miles away, and Riverside Cafe (vegan and veg)in Newcastle Emlyn would highly recommend both for food and warm welcome.

Positive: We loved the beautiful, quiet countryside setting. There was a lovely private outside seating area where we could sit by the fire, enjoy the distant views and have our meals. The cottage was very homely, clean & well equipped. Jason and Beverley were wonderful, helpful hosts who made us feel very welcome.

Negative: There wasn't anything that we weren't happy with.
