Thousand Oaks is close enough for a leisurely drive to the beach and So Cal attractions, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We feature many delicious local eateries and many fun recreational activities. Enjoy the California lifestyle at its finest! Whether you're in town for a short stay or a long stay, you'll love all that "THE RESORT" has to offer! Everything is new and professionally designed. The fully stocked kitchen has everything the home chef could possibly want. The house is thoroughly and professionally cleaned before each guest arrives.
Our 4000sf SPARKLING CLEAN Estate Home features 5 Bedrooms and 6 beds. We can sleep 10 very comfortably. There are 4.5 baths and a fantastic yard with a full party house with kitchen and full bath, a pool, spa, BBQ, ping pong, basketball and fire pit.
A rental agreement is required for all bookings and must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Summary: This house was PERFECT! Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Beautifully furnished and grounds well maintained. Very clean and spacious. We all enjoyed all the amenities- basketball, ping pong, pool, hot tub, poker chips, etc… And the property manager was AWESOME!! Super helpful and very responsive to any questions or requests. We communicated via text and response was always quick! Great guy to work with:) This place set the bar pretty high for rentals! We will definitely rent again if we return to Thousand Oaks! I’ve already recommended it to others!

Summary: We spent the weekend for a college graduation…although we couldn’t use the grounds for a grad party, the house, backyard and overall setting was SPECTACULAR! The house is so well appointed along with a backyard to die for…we all enjoyed ourselves. Would not hesitate to come back (actually look forward to coming back)…thanks for your hospitality Ryan!

Summary: The house was the perfect location (we attended a wedding nearby) and it had everything we could ask for. Our family had a wonderful time at the resort and any questions we had were answered immediately by the property manager. We would highly recommend this property!

Summary: Pretty pictures don't impress us much as we have had our share of properties that don't live up to the advertising. However, this property in northern-Malibu in Thousand Oaks, CA completely exceeded our expectations. It is better than the pictures, in a very nice residential neighborhood with easy access to local attractions. It is very clean, well-maintained, thoughtfully stocked with items needed for a stay, and not once did we feel the need to bring out our Purell wipes. The property manager, Ryan, is very responsive and made our stay spectacular. The only thing missing was great weather, and perhaps Ryan can work harder to develop a better relationship with Mother Nature (kidding, of course)! We couldn't enjoy the pool, but the cold weather was perfect to soak in the hot tub. Excellent property and experience - will return for sure next time we're in that neighborhood.

Ryan was the perfect host and replied to any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. It was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving.
