Positive: Great and cosy appartement equipped with everything you need for a perfect and relaxed holiday in Tuscany :-) And yes, there is a bar underneath with the according "sound effects" but it's never too disturbing and you quickly get used to it ;-)

Positive: Location right in the square was very convenient and the apartment had everything we needed. It was comfortable and modern. The owner was easy to contact and provided lots of information before our arrival and was contactable during the stay. Would most definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Negative: Very minor issue was no parking outside but there was a space close by in the town.

Summary: It was great to wake up each day and look out over the piazza and get coffee across the street

Positive: Spacious place, and a wonderful kitchen to cook in. The clock tower right from the living room was awesome. Same goes for the staff at the local bar. The detailed instructions for everything was fantastic.

Negative: While having a fan was nice, central cooling would have been better. We couldn't open the windows because we don't smoke, and the smokers at the bar overwhelmed us with smoke, not to mention the noise. Yes this was mentioned that it was above a bar, but we didn't realize how much that would affect us. The bed was too firm to sleep on, but we were able to find a sheet for the bed so we could sleep with something other than a comforter. The bath towel was stained, but it could have been mold too, not sure. Toenail clippings in the carpet makes me question when the vacuum was last used.

Positive: Located in the heart of the vibrant village. Trequanda exceeded expectations both in beauty and facilities having 3 restaurants in walking distance, a bar, small deli, atm and pool. Host was exceptional also.

Negative: Pool was excellent but very expensive. If you stay in Trequanda you need your own transport whether a car or even a bike. It is located on various bike routes.

Summary: Trequanda exceeded expectations.

Positive: This is the best facility we have ever stayed in. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Super organised. A lovely comfortable modern apartment in a lively little Tuscan village. We would highly recommend it.
