Beautifully renovated home less than a half mile from the University of Montana and two miles to historic Downtown Missoula. There are 2 bedrooms and full bathroom on the main level, with 2 bedrooms and full bath on the lower level. Two separate living areas, each with a 50” Smart TV, provide space for your group to spread out and relax. New central A/C added in autumn 2022 to cool down after a hot day!
We supply all of the comforts and conveniences of home, including a fully stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to prepare a gourmet or simple meal. All bed linens and towels are provided for our guests. Unwind on the spacious backyard deck with seating area and gas grill, while your four legged friends enjoy the lovely shaded yard.
Just a short 3 minute stroll from the house is a stop for the FREE Mountain Line Transit System bus. Their extensive network can take you almost anywhere you need to go in Missoula, including the airport.

Summary: This was a working vacation to finalize a reunion. The property is centrally located, easy to get anywhere in Missoula. Very clean, and well decorated. With four bedrooms it was perfect for the four of us.. The Host was VERY accommodating and responded to our questions quickly! Highly recommend this property!

Summary: We stayed with our son and 3 of his new teammates. The boys were able to walk to campus and explore their new neighborhood. The home was perfect for our group and we will for sure be staying moreover the next 4 years.

Summary: This property exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at many’s vrbo’s and this was very clean, which is so important to us. The decor is tastefully done, the kitchen is well stocked. The mattresses are comfortable and there is a lot of natural light. The neighborhood was very quiet and so close to the university and downtown. We were 5-10 min away from bakeries, restaurants, dragon hollow and the M trailhead. I hope this little place is available when we’re in Missoula again, I would rebook it in a heartbeat!

Summary: In town for hockey tournament. This was a great little place with lots of space for friends and gatherings! Perfect location just blocks from everything you would need! Nice upstairs/downstairs separation for those you can’t party as hard as other! definitely recommend!

Summary: We had a nice dad's weekend complete with a football game. The house was perfect, a tiny bit further than we wanted to walk but the house made it worth it. We loved it and hope to return.

Summary: This was a fabulous property for a group of friends to come together. The location was perfect with easy driving access to downtown, close to campus and hiking trails. We were there to watch Griz hockey, and the rink was also only a few miles away. This home was cozy and welcoming! we will definitely try to stay here again when we are back in town.

Summary: We did a lot of research on this house prior to booking it. The amount of work that's been put into this home away from home is just amazing! We loved the location as it was close to the U oof M. The decor and furnishings were tasteful and well thought out. The open floor plan makes cooking and visiting very easy. Our only complaint is the lack of appropriate silicone/melamine/wood cooking utensils which most likely contributes to the scratched up pots and pans. We would love to stay here again and are looking forward to our next visit to Missoula! Thanks so much! wou

Summary: Good location. We loved walking the neighborhood, the walk-in shower in the downstairs bathroom, the pictures on the walls, and furnishings! Everyone slept well in the comfortable beds. I especially appreciated the art, posters, map on the walls. That’s why I’m mentioning it twice.

Summary: We had a wonderful couple days at this delightful house in the heart of Missoula. It was on a quiet side street near the University. Every detail has been thought of in the remodel of this cute, modern house. There was plenty of room for our large family to spread out, inside and outside. The beds were clean and comfortable. Parking was easy right outside the front door. Only praise for this place!
