Yount Ridge Estates rests on 15 acres with some of the most stunning views of the Napa Valley. Just a 5 minute drive from town yet a short drive up the hillside for your to enjoy our 180 degree views of the Valley. The perfect blend of convenience and seclusion.
The estate provides ample space for connection, wellness, entertainment and relaxation. The dinning room offers a massive 10 person dinning table, the 2nd floor pool table, smart tv and Sonos sound systems combined provide the ultimate entertaining experience and the lower and roof top decks offer the ambiance to connect and enjoy your vacation time with your guests, family and friends.
*PLEASE NOTE the property currently has construction ongoing in the backyard scheduled for completion by end of August. Crews are absent on weekends, holidays, and select days. The entire home is open and available for use still.
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, get back 50%. Less than 14 days will not get a refund.

Summary: The house is a perfect location to experience the Napa Valley. Close to everything, wonderful views, amenities, and great service. The property has been updated in certain areas and there are signs of ongoing enhancements. The property still has some bugs to work out but overall it provides a lot of value and should only improve over time as more work is done. For the price it’s a good value with four bedrooms!

Summary: Wow, photos do not do this place justice! Most beautiful views of any place we have ever stayed in wine country. Deck is huge and the rooftop was fantastic to hang out at night and see the stars. Would definitely book it again. A couple of small things, it would be nice to have more instructions on how to use the tv and radio. Also could not start the fire pit on the rooftop.

Summary: The views are stunning. We had a chef cook every night so we could stay at the house! We had a blast playing pool and foosball in the evenings. Due to the construction there was no patio furniture which wasn’t enjoyable but the landlord made some concessions. Very steep windy road to get to the house but it ls how you get the beautiful views! Over all the house was great. The location is great. You won’t be disappointed and we will stay there again.

Summary: The entire stay was great! Awesome communication with the host! Perfect central location.. we had no issues getting grocery deliveries .. we had a chef come in for private dinners 2 nights and were impressed by the dishes and amenities! We are already talking about returning when the pool is built !!

Summary: I've always loved seeing this place perched up on the hill as you drive south on 29. I was pleasantly surprised when it popped up on VRBO! Amazing house, views, location. We had a blast! Totally worth the price.
