Positive: Excellent hotel restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Comfortable room. Green and peaceful location close to the beach. Very kind and helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool

Negative: Nothing negative about the hotel itself. Only downside was the weather - torrential rain most of the time - obviously not the hotel's fault (!), doesn't affect their rating. Always great to swim and walk on the beach - but the beach really needed a clean-up (lots of debris and plastic waste).

Summary: Despite bad weather, a really relaxing break in a great location

Positive: We had the two queen rooms on the second floor. They were conveniently next to each other but you have to go up stairs, no elevator. The staff was very helpful with our luggage both at check in and check out. The rooms are very simple with two queen beds, nightstand, small round side table, chair, dress cabinet and mini refrigerator with complimentary bottled water. The TV had streaming services including Netflix and others so that was a plus. We ate dinner and breakfast twice at the restaurant. The restaurant staff were friendly and the food was good. Our favorites were the soup and Caca coco ice cream dessert.

Negative: Overall, the cleanliness of the rooms was average. The bathrooms could use a thorough cleaning especially around the shower tubs. On the beds, only a blanket was provided - it would have been nice to have a top bedsheet between the blanket and fitted sheet. As this was our first time to stay in the area, we don’t have much for comparison but when searching for a hotel, I relied on the reviews which noted this was the most modern hotel, which I prefer. While we didn’t swim, the pool looked inviting and the lawn area looks like a nice gathering space. Coming from the United States, this hotel would be comparable to a motel or 2-star inn.

Positive: All the aspects of the resort are good. The restaurant serves particularly good fresh food and the pool is really nice. The big trees in the resort provide the shadow needed to rest during hot days.

Negative: Sincerely, there is nothing I did not appreciate.

Summary: Great for its price, very good food, would recommand.

Positive: The Breakfast was good, though its selection is limited, and if you want to have other than the selections you have to order it ala carte. But it was good. The location is also great because the beach is just infront of the hotel. and the area is commercialized so you dont need to worry to be hungry at all. The hotel has a pool so good for children.

Negative: the flies are plenty, its really bothering for the people who eats at the restaurant. food is great except for the flying insects. They dont bother to change the towels and the blankets. we stayed for 3 days and we keep using the same towel.

Positive: - Staff were friendly - Room service is available - Breakfast is included

Negative: - Near the beach (which is good), but far from the center, not a lot of establishments around - There's a P600/night charge for our dog, but they waived it as I said it was not clear in the booking - Restaurant closes early (last order at 8PM, closes at 9PM) - Aircon in the family room needs to be replaced, one aircon is really old
