Positive: staff was very friendly and accommodating. And when we asked for a coffee maker(!!) and decaf coffee they brought it which was appreciated. Also the folding bed was very comfortable.
Negative: 40 dollar resort fee was crazy. Also there was no coffee maker in the room. I get they are trying to economize use of space but Nespresso has a very slim model with pods that would work really well there.
Summary: A unique experience that is better suited for short stays with minimal luggage.

Positive: Modern clean room, comfortable bed, great shower
Negative: No coffee maker in the room, although the hotel did supply when when we requested it. The rooftop restaurant was overpriced

Positive: It was a great clean simple place to stay in our last night in Boston. Location is unmatched. Trader's Joe around the corner, airport super close, shops and dining walking distance and the overall value is great.
