Positive: As other reviews have stated, the property could use a major refresh, but is very fun for kids. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially after my husband cut himself on one of the larger slides. They were super accommodating and were very concerned for him, checking in often and giving us a few things for free because of what happened. The pools do have odd hours, the small kiddie pool area is only open in the morning and you have to check opening times for all other areas. While we were there, the main pool was closed and so was 1 of the larger water slides. After my husband hurt his back, they quickly shut down the other (2nd) water slide. The only things open at that time were the lazy river pool, waterfall pool area and spa. Our child was disappointed the slides were never re-opened. I found the layout of the pools a bit odd. There was no good seating really anywhere to hang out poolside. They had a few plastic chairs, but they were dirty and uncomfortable. That was disappointing if you want to sit somewhere while your kids swim. The location is a bit further away from town but it was easy to get around with a car. It is about 20 min from the night market in Kenting. The beach in front of the hotel was pretty, but rocky and you can't really swim there. Breakfast was decent and included with our stay, not a lot of western options, but some fresh cooked eggs available.

Positive: In the village Wanlitong right next to it, the Turtle Cafe and Seagull snacks are interesting places to visit.

Negative: 1. The room is very humid. 2. Facilities are outdated. 3. Meal options are limited.Dinner buffet is expensive, but it is the only dinner option. 4. Not very clean. Once a water melon fell from a dinner buffet to the path to the lift, it took probably 20 hoyrs for it to be cleaned away. 5. Difficult to find Uber to go anywhere, very hard to find other options for dinner except the vuffet. 6. The sea is interesting to see crabs and fish and coral after low tide, can't do anything else.

Positive: the resort is big with a great variety pf facilities for kids

Negative: the location is so remote and no choice of restaurants in the resort. There is only one restaurant offering dinner buffet at night
