Yoder's Homestead is a charming hobby farm in beautiful Lawrence county, MO, just three miles south of Route 66. Along with being sparkling clean, we have a kitchen with the basics for cooking and baking, and a dining room for enjoying your meals. There are also four bedrooms and three bathroom, and a spacious living room. Outdoors you will find a lovely yard with a playset, a patio with a firepit, a barn where you can gather your own eggs for breakfast, and other small farm animals for you to enjoy. We have made special effort to make this rental family friendly and it will be the perfect place to get away from it all and relax.
If your check-out date falls on a Sunday, we offer free 6:00 PM Sunday checkout. It's our way of saying thank you.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Summary: We have stayed in many VRBO rentals this was by far the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. They supplied plenty of towels and wash cloths even extra sheets and blankets if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked the cabinets and drawers were all cleaned and organized. I would 100 percent recommend this place and i will come and stay again. The little farm our grandchildren loved seeing all the animals and feeding them cookies and some leftovers. A great house with plenty of room for a big group. We didnt even miss it not having a tv. Rent it you wont regret it I promise.

Summary: Our family had such an incredible time on the farmstead. We all got to relax and rest, but there was plenty of farm to keep the kids occupied. The house had everything we needed, and Mt. Vernon was an easy commute for groceries. Everyone we encountered could not have been nicer. We will be back!

Summary: We had a fantastic experience! The positives about this property are far too many to list. From a 1 year old to a 50 year old we all loved it. Surprisingly, we actually enjoyed not having a tv. It is a little piece of heaven on earth. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!
