Positive: Nearby restaurants, walking distance. 10-15 mins to San Juan beaches, Old San Juan and SJU airport. Host is superb! Communicated well from start to finish. He suggested a lot of restaurants to eat. Designated parking lot for the stay, if you’ll rent a car for your stay. I love the remote operated bed, helps me to watch TV while lying down in bed and relaxing. Property has hair blower and steamer for clothes.

Negative: Shower has hot and cold water. Takes a couple of minutes to settle the temperature (personal preference) but otherwise no issues.

Summary: Great stay!

Negative: Bed is too soft, bathroom and towels are not spotlless clean, and the building is very old.. And, there are not enough blankets in the room.

Positive: The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It is also ideally located. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and other points of interest, and close to old San Juan. But what we liked the most was the outstandikg service provided by our host. He was in constant communication with us to make sure that everything was fine. He also provided us with great tips and recommendations, which enhanced our experience in Puerto Rico and made our trip memorable. I absolutely recommend this accommodation!

Positive: Had everything you needed. The host was amazing and couldn’t be any more accommodating.

Negative: There are updates being done to the building so a little noise during the day but that’s not the hosts fault and will just make stay nicer next time.
