Villa Yiotta set in a secluded area near the historic lighthouse of Lakka, Paxos and very close (800 meters) to the centre. This property features an amazing sunny pool (7 X 4 m.), colourful gardens, wonderful terraces for relaxing or dining al fresco, and stunning sea views of the open sea underneath.
Yiotta is set on one level, (the owners are living discreetly on the ground floor, without interfering or disturbing) it is really spacious for a family or party of 4 persons, accommodated in two air-conditioned bedrooms with one bathroom.
Layout
A small staircase lands on the side balcony and the main door, which opens into a spacious, well-stocked kitchen with a dining area and sitting room, fitted with French doors leading to the front main balcony – overlooking the pool terrace and exceptionally stunning sea views. A Master bathroom in between the twin and the master bedroom complementing the interior layout of this attractive home.
Both the bedrooms are air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans.
Pool and Terraces
At the front of the house, a superb stone-paved terrace lies the sunny private pool, alongside sunbathing facilities and a lovely gazebo for relaxing or reading a book in the shade.
The terrace is spacious and sunny, it is surrounded by delightful colourful gardens and offers exceptional views over the Ionian Sea.
The built Barbeque near the pool area is well equipped and is usefully located if you wish to try out your cooking skills whilst away from home.

Summary: Great location with easy access to Lakka. Wonderful outdoor spaces and pool with wonderful sea views. Living space is small but was perfectly adequate with two good sized air conditioned bedrooms. The owners were very helpful without being intrusive. Would definitely book again.

Summary: Idyllic setting. Fantastic view. Short walk to a beach, a lighthouse and the village shops, bars and restaurants. Also close to rural walking tracks.

Summary: A very well maintained property with very pretty gardens and the most amazing views from upstairs. It is on a sharp bend so there is some traffic but not enough to be of concern but it’s not totally quiet. The owners are lovely altho don’t speak English but we managed with Google translate and they were very helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped and we used the bbq and pizza oven while we were there. There is a regular emptying of bins n change of bedding n towels too. Lovely pool area. Very happy with our choice.

Summary: A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy true Greek hospitality. In ideal world the villa would be a little closer walking distance to the beach with less of a hill to climb. This would not be an issue if hiring a car or a moped. We actually enjoyed the exercise of the walk up! Wonderful hosts to stay with, only too happy to help with anything. The pool and Bbq area are lovely. Excellent taxi service by Christos taxis also!

Summary: We booked last minute, mainly due to passport issues, so we were really pleased to get a 2 bed villa for 3 on Paxos just before we arrived on the island. Villa Yiotta is an apartment above the owners home, who are on the ground floor and they are lovely people, as is their pet goose Hughie! 10 mins walk down the hill gets you into Lakka for drinks and dinner, lots to choose from as well, we had some fantastic see food! The apartment is self contained and with sole use of the pool and bbq area, which we used a couple of times. We had a fantastic time at Villa Yiotta and would recommend to all who want something more traditional, rather than a flash villa!!
