Positive: Beautiful, quiet property. Staff are really helpful, everything is clean and nothing is too much trouble.

Negative: The menu is very limited, food wasn’t amazing with very little options for lunch and dinner The property is quite far away from anything so would consider a car next time.

Positive: - Very new hotel (~1 year old) with super modern design and facilities (great eye for detail) and a great view up to the Atlas Mountains from the pool - beautifully designed suites, with ours (villa Bali) with classy chic and comfortable interior made for a great stay - Super attentive staff (all very young, kind and fluent in multiple languages) including both service personnel and the managerial staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay - Great restaurant onsite at fair prices, with multiple options for breakfast and a refined set for dinner and drinks - Spa facilities provided a good and comprehensive offering, we booked the couples massage which was available even on short notice

Positive: Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. The concept of the hotel is cool, rooms beautiful and to a very high standard. The staff were very attentive and kind. The food was very good, bar/ restaurant staff were lovely.

Negative: Whilst the hotel is relatively new and this does show with teething problems, there are some things which shouldn’t be the case given it’s a luxury hotel. The housekeeping was pretty invasive, they moved everything and even threw things away which we still wanted (eg water bottles, toiletries) The location is remote, and the hotel charges more to arrange taxis than if you booked a taxi yourself. They charge for water (and it’s not cheap) which given the hotel is quite remote, and rooms aren’t cheap, this isn’t a great. The food menu is pretty limited, but the food they do offer is very good. WiFi went down for a day, whilst this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, they didn’t communicate anything with guests at all.

Summary: Peaceful place and a great concept. Just a few things could have been better.
