Positive: The hotel is well-designed, friendly staff and properly clean. The staff is very attentive and aims to please and assist wherever possible. Furthermore, the rooms are very comfy with proper amenities and fast internet all over the property. Lastly, the restaurant was great with local and international options. We’ll definitely be back! Shokran.

Negative: The hotel is quite new and it shows somewhat in the English-speaking capabilities of some of the staff.

Summary: Lovely getaway with great service, design and hospitality.

Positive: Stunning property on amazing grounds away from chaos of Marakesh, staff were very attentive and helpful. Food was good and individual stays / accommodation beautifully done.

Negative: Recently opened so a few teething problems which slightly affected our stay - hot tub wasn’t available the night we stayed, rooftop not open, organised a birthday surprise decoration which was forgot about and overall didn’t think it was worth the price tag it was.

Positive: I booked The Yin Hotel for my mother’s 70th and sister’s 50th celebration. I couldn’t have possibly imagined a better stay. We were blown away by the hospitality, genuine friendliness of all the staff, cleanliness of the hotel, beautiful gardens, high end luxurious and opulent finishing, fabulous food, and attentive service. I can honestly say, I will never book another hotel in Marrakech. The Yin Hotel is the place to be. Situated just outside the city, away from the hustle and bustle of the Madina, you will find an oasis of pure tranquility. With only 14 detached villa type rooms, you are treated like family from the moment you arrive. We booked the excursions through the hotel and were blessed to have Simo take us. Simo treated us like family and is such an asset to the hotel. The Yin Hotel struck gold by finding Simo to work there. Our time in Marrakech will always be cherished because of him. A time none of us will ever forget. Simo went above and beyond for us. The only other time I have experienced such thoughtfulness from staff was a stay at the Burj Al Arab and even at that, Simo did more. Thank you Simo, Anass, Abdel, the other man with the curly hair and the guy wearing glasses (can’t remember their names but they do deserve a mention), the young ladies who work there. Thank you to all of you. 💗

Positive: Small resort in a tranquil setting. Rooms were good with comfortable beds. Food was good quality.

Negative: The staff need some training on the basics (e.g. clearing tables in preparation for the next guests; serving hot coffee). Resolving these issues will bring the result from great to excellent.

Positive: This hotel is brand new, and the staff truly do their best to make you feel right at home and completely comfortable. They were attentive and genuinely caring throughout the stay. The rooms are amazing, blending a modern and artistic style that gives the place a unique charm. We tried several dishes, and most were delicious, especially the burratina salad, which was a standout. We are definitely looking forward to coming back
