Positive: Very pretty. Comfortable Good communication after booking
Negative: No parking, there is free city parking nearby, but not their own. Balcony needs chairs Soundproofing needs some work, the family next door were super loud with kids yelling etc..

Positive: I liked the ambiance and the style of the building and room.
Negative: I did not like the check in process. The host is lovely and wonderful and kind but the use of the Line app made the experience unpleasant. Downloading an app just for check in is not a good system plus, the Line app did not work on the host’s side of things. Because of needing to use Line app for check in I would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Positive: Cosy place in traditional setting. It's five minutes walking from the bus station and not far from the old street and main sights, either. Communication through LINE app worked well and one in the staff speaks excellent English.
Negative: There is a smell coming from the bathroom drainage, but the place is very clean so it's not a big deal.

Positive: Everything: design, size of the room, cleanness, location, communication with host and easiness of check in/out. They also gave us extra breakfast vouchers which were more than enough!
Negative: The bed is on the harder side.
