Positive: the property was immaculate and very well kept, the grounds gorgeous and farmyard friends adorable. teas, coffees, eggs from the home's very own chickens and milk provided tons of hot water for much needed showers after a long drive and absolutely blissfull peace and quiet

Negative: i suffer from a bad back sometimes and found the bed a tiny bit soft, but normal humans will find it

Positive: Lovely quiet space in the middle of nowhere, perfect for a break from city life. The place was clean and had great natural light. There was clean linen and toiletries provided which was very helpful. We loved saying hello to the animals when we arrived. Checking in and out was seamless and easy.

Negative: Unfortunately some of the kitchen ware was lacking, there was no colander and the spatula and larger spoons for cooking were slightly flimsy. Nothing major though and this didn’t impact our stay.

Positive: The location is splendid, right on the Mendip Way and very close to the stunning Nunney Castle. The appartment had all I needed and more; it is spacious and comfortable, with a selection of books and game - it made me wish I had planned for a longer stay. The landlord was also very accomodating and friendly.
