Summary: The restaurant was good but the hotel needs some attention. The pool and area were not good. Needs a good clean, new beds and one of the sunshades had collapsed. Nothing like the pictures. Good location.

Summary: This place is really one of the best place i stayed ! Fantastic castel , top decoration , the staff is exceptional kind and helpfull. The room are fully well equiped , nice , great bed and space ! Fantastic stay ! I wanted to stay much more time and i will come back as soin as i am in Cognac area ! Thanks a lot Christophe

Summary: What an amazing hotel, staff were very friendly and the food must be tried here. It was out first trip with our new 4 month old and the staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming . Great hotel to hang out in for a few days.

Summary: Absolutely superb, spoiled only by an unsmiling and less-than-helpful restaurant manageress (who seemed to be in charge, at least) who was offhand and sullen which spoiled an otherwise perfect stay. Lovely location and facilities and food - all of the other staff were so pleasant and helpful.
