Summary: Absolutely superb, spoiled only by an unsmiling and less-than-helpful restaurant manageress (who seemed to be in charge, at least) who was offhand and sullen which spoiled an otherwise perfect stay. Lovely location and facilities and food - all of the other staff were so pleasant and helpful.

Summary: Interesting building in a beautiful location overlooking the river from the terrace. Room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was pleasant but expensive for average food.

Summary: Super hotel on the outskirts of cognac. Large supermarket nearby and central Coghac is about 10 mins by car. Staff are wonderful and the rooms well furnished. Would recommend with no hesitation.

Summary: View is nice, bed is comfortable, although there were bugs season according to the manager, lots of bugs tried to get inside , but the room is very clean, the lady hotel manager was very friendly and politely welcome us every time we backed to the hotel ,neighborhood is so quiet and can do running/walking along a river. Enjoyed.

Summary: The hotel is impressive as you drive through the gates and mature gardens The pool was clean and inviting Being a warm night we had pre dinner drink and evening meal on the terrace overlooking the valley Our only criticism was the price of drinks and the breakfast was very poor at 19.50 euro each

Summary: Lovely hotel. Good views from the dining terrace. Great staff. Good food. Good rooms. Didnt have time to try the pool and spa. Maybe next time.
