Positive: The stay was excellent. I went for a BTS concert with my daughter, and it was our first visit to Seoul. The outside was clean, and the staff welcomed us very nicely, showing us the laundry, the facilities, and everything we needed. He helped us with the luggage and showed us the room. Bottles of water, tea, and coffee are complimentary. The room was good, exactly like the photos. The bed fit me and my daughter and was spacious. We felt very safe — the door has a smart lock as well as a latch. We didn’t hear a thing during the night, and we were very happy with our stay. Because I loved the country so much, I will definitely be back soon, and I would stay here again. It is also close to everything, and the area feels safe. It is not a tourist area, but trains and buses are very accessible, and the prices were very reasonable.

Negative: If I had to give any feedback, it would only be that the bathroom could benefit from a deeper clean. I imagine this might be because the room had been empty for some time. It wasn’t dirty, just in need of a bit of a refresh. Overall, my stay was amazing.

Positive: The owner couple has been extremely nice with me and helped a lot, they have even shown me cheap restaurants nearby. There are washing machines, a fridge and a stove available. When I checked out, the owner gave me chocolate bars. The hotel is close to bus and subway stations. A bit far from the city center, but affordable, so I cant complain.

Negative: When we communicated, I thought that the owner only speaks Korean, but in reality he speaks English as well so nothing much to dislike.

Positive: Best value for money! I've been to Seoul 5 times in different hotels and this is the best one so far for its price range. Facilities are fairly new and very clean, bed wqs comfy and I really appreciate the bath tub in the room.

Negative: Quite a bit of a walk to the subway. But very close to the bus stop, so if you don't like walking, the bus stop is a safe bet.

Positive: The owners are really nice people and they try to help you as much as they can in everything you need. They were flexible with check-in and check-out times. The also have good recommendations about places that might be not that famous but that you might like to visit if you have the time. Truly, they try to make your stay as good and comfortable as possible. It's very well located. You have plenty bus lines at a 3 or 4 min walking distance and subway (line 4) is located at 7 or 8 min from the place. Airport shuttle stops at the subway station as well. If you want to experience local life is also a good place. You have Suyu Market (수유전통시장) next to it, convenience stores, food places and nice little coffee&dessert places such as 안녕소담. 감사합니다!

Positive: The room is properly warmed when we arrive. The room and bathroom is very spacious as compared to the previous rooms we booked from our previous trips. Also, the laundry machines came very handy so we can easily wash the clothes we shopped and wear it the next day (since we had some trouble in our luggage being offloaded upon our arrival). The bed is big. The room has a lamp, a fan (which we used since it is already very cold), aircon, TV, ref, microwave, small table and chairs for dining. The owners are very kind -- they gave us free tea and snacks on some days when we see them in the lobby.

Negative: The doorbell seems to be malfunctioning sometimes - we hear it ring but no one is knocking outside (but definitely there is no ghost there haha, since we've been going out even past midnight when we get laundry). Sometimes the foyer smells with cigarette too, but it doesn't go inside our room and bathroom.

Positive: Nothing to put my finger on and a very kind owner, who has good level of English. It was clean, there was some free service, they helped me get my luggage to my room and you can wash your clothes here on the first floor 😊 Instructions in English too!
