Positive: It’s hard to describe how wonderful the experience at Yenatar was. First, it’s located in paradise. The private pearly white sandy beaches, the crystal clear, warm water and the lush jungle filled with cockatoos, couscous bears, sugar gliders and more. Next, the accommodations are extremely well laid out and have everything you need. The diving is unbeatable. We are not ones for a live-aboard as appreciate the comforts of land and this was delightfully remote while still being accessible. We often found our dive guide gesturing 🤲🏻 at everything around us because it was impossible to pinpoint any one thing as everything was astounding. The boats and equipment are top notch. The privacy and protocols of their dive boats and guides and as good as its gets. The food was excellent and varied. They were extremely were accommodating regarding allergies and everything was delicious (thanks to Ricky, the chef). Lastly, the staff overall were incredible. It’s very rare you have a place this nice that still manages to feel cozy and like home. The staff are so warm, communicative and kind. Clara, Ain, Farrah, Maria, Vandi, Sam, Byu and Matt and Amanda: thanks for making our stay so wonderful! Our only regret is that we can’t come back right away.

Positive: Our family had an amazing stay and overall experience at Yenatar in July 2025. The staff was very friendly and gave us a highly personalized experience we won’t forget. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious, the rooms were very comfortable with reliable AC, and the resort provided easy access to the main sights within Raja Ampat. The house reef was great for on-site snorkeling, and the natural scenery at the resort was beautiful as well.
