Positive: The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities one would expect. The check-in process was smooth and quick. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. There were a lot of outdoor chairs around firepits to relax and enjoy the surrounding mountain views. I would stay here again, if I am in the area.

Negative: It would have been great, if tea bags were provided in the room and 4 towels instead of 2, as we were a family of 4. The breakfast options could have been better (coffee and packaged donut was provided), the time for breakfast should have been wider as it was grab and go and it should have been refilled more often as there was a long line and empty stations.

Positive: Lee at the restaurant was amazing!!! We ate at the restaurant and the food was good.

Negative: The bed was horrible. The springs were broke in the middle so it was uncomfortable.
