Negative: Quite outdated. Would benefit greatly by some basic upgrades - especially in the bathroom.

Summary: The condo met our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Positive: First time to Big Sky. Property exactly as advertised. Extremely clean, plenty of towels, hand towels and washcloths, paper towels, new sponge for dishes, trash bags, toilet paper, 4 new small dove soaps, dishwasher tabs etc (nice small touches that make a difference). Bed was comfortable and location was good if you have a vehicle. Just a few min (5 miles) to parking at mountain village (free parking close to lifts and Blue Sky has quick shuttle from parking lot). Highly recommend “The Riverhouse” BBQ which is a few miles south. Excellent food, good prices and atmosphere (very family friendly). Also Blindside Burger is really good (quick and good prices as well) Recommend the Country Market for groceries (just down the block). Overall would recommend and stay there again if we head to Big Sky.

Negative: There should be an option to pay a bit extra and have firewood there rather than having to go into town to the grocery store. One cast iron frying pan would have been nice. There was only salt no pepper so we also had to purchase that but we left it behind for the next person. Salt AND pepper would have been nice. After payment the number of times Vicasa contacts you to confirm over and over again that we were coming is excessive. If I’ve already paid there shouldn’t be 3 more confirmations needed that I’m coming.

Summary: Great unit, smart TV, very cozy, would stay there again

Positive: I felt safe where I was. easy access to shops and skiing

Negative: Place could have been a bit more clean.. major dust on baseboard heaters behind chairs and couch. under bed was dirty. Toilet paper can be upgraded. Perhaps a coat rack? shoe tray by the door?

Negative: 1. Hot water heater did not work reliably; repairs were scheduled for the day we left. 2. Place needs a deep clean (including the blinds and all kitchen surfaces). 3. Pots and pans need to be replaced. 4. There are only 5 forks and one is about to break. 5. Need more than one spare fitted sheet (and maybe not 20 pillowcases).

Summary: Average value. Would not book again with Vacasa.
