Positive: The location was perfect, the children loved feeding the sheep , seeing the chickens and collecting the eggs. The pool was lovely and warm, a bonus as not all pools we have been to are warm. There was a lovely playroom full of everything you could think of and a table tennis table and pool room which was nice for the older grandson and adults. A full size snooker table was also there, which we did not use.

Negative: The shower which is used by 2 of the bedrooms did not work great, so maybe could be looked at. The time we had to vacate the premises was 10 am, the children were in the car and everything packed, it was 3 mts past 10 and we were just checking the bedrooms to make sure we had not left anything, when the cleaners came in and went upstairs whilst we were still there, so thought that a few more minutes until we would have left would have been nicer.

Summary: All in all a very nice stay with plenty to do if it rained, the Owners nice , friendly and helpful.

Positive: Had a wonderful week here. The property is big with lots of space indoors and outdoors. Beautiful grounds with lots of outdoor seating and my niece loved the animals there was cows on the fields next door, sheep nearby and Toffee the owners dog was a treat when she visited us. We had a few rainy days so the pool and jacuzzi was great to have. Owners were welcoming and it’s clear on what to do to make sure you are being safe in the current climate. I cannot rate this place high enough.

Positive: Amazing place! So spacious, quiet, safe, very welcoming hosts, we had a great time! The kids loved the swimming pool, I loved the hot tub! Had a lot of fun collecting eggs and feeding sheep, trampolining, playing ping-pong, pool and little one loved the play barn. The house is really comfortable, spotlessly clean and lots of space to play board games. Well equipped kitchen and a beautiful fireplace int he sitting room to make it cosy. We appreciated the beautiful Christmas decorations and friendly pets. We would definitely recommend Yellowland Farm.

Summary: Such a happy, safe, wonderful environment to have a family holiday. Highly recommend.
