Summary: Super clean and comfortable room. Pool was a nice temperature and very clean. Location is great. Zero complaints about our stay.

Summary: Property initially does not look well maintained but after checking in and going to the room the room was extremely clean and looked like it had just been remodeled. The hot water in the shower was slow to get started and the hot and cold handles on the sink were flipped. The smoking area was foul and we fought the smell of marijuana all night long. The pool was extremely tiny and with only five people was full. The playground looked, dated and worn out.

Summary: Clean rooms, staff were efficient with cleaning and adding fresh towels/ wash cloth.All staff were friendly. Outside area very well kept, pool side was totally amazing and well maintained.

Summary: Motel appears to be a 1960's/1970's motel, but has been renovated with vinyl flooring, newer furniture and fixtures. Included a microwave and fridge/freezer, coffee machine, nightstands with small, but powerful lamps, an overhead light fixture, wall AC/heating unit, cute iron bistro table with 2 chairs outside every other unit, swimming pool, ice machine, and drink machine. I really liked the fact that my room had a recliner. The towels were also generous and new looking. The bed and pillows were comfortable. My main complaint is the cleanliness needs some work. There was a clump of dark hair near/in the bathtub drain that, at first, I thought were cracks in the tub. When I attempted to remove the hair, it was caught in the drain and needed some tugging to remove it (main reason for "ok" rating vs. "good"). I also had a bottle of water roll on the floor and under the bed. There were long dark hairs on it as I picked it up. The top of the fridge needed to be wiped clean where it wasn't under the microwave (mainly dust). There was not a box of kleenex. I had to bring mine in from the car.

Summary: Took forever to get hot water. Air conditioner was noisy and then quit working. In June it was 78 degrees by morning. No soap, shampoo, clock, or place to hang things. No place to hang things in the shower. Very small room for two double beds.
