Summary: Such an amazing location! Having the stream out front of the house made for a great nights sleep with the windows open. The house is perfectly setup for a small family and the amenities are great. Would highly recommend this! Was super accommodating, even with arriving late of the evening and getting us the grilling items we needed for an evening cookout. Would recommend it for any motorcyclist in the area for the Tail of the Dragon!

Summary: This home was absolutely perfect! So many little touches made our stay wonderful. Plus the history the owners shared was delightful. Once I realized there must be an artist in the family, I ran around to all the paintings looking for signatures and was able to say that person in that photograph painted this! I love history and especially family stories so that was a wonderful added touch. Plus the many different living areas made it possible to spread out and do so much. We enjoyed the back porch and sitting on the front porch. The creek out front offered music to sleep by (we turned off the heat/air and opened the windows.) Our dogs loved exploring the surrounding area as well. We laughed because they could hardly walk for their noses on the ground checking out the many smells! Oh and there was even a doggie bed in the living room which my pup promptly claimed as her own. Simply too many things to list but we will definitely be back!

Summary: The house was very spacious and cozy with an awesome fireplace and great common areas. The beds and pillows were so comfortable to the point that I had to ask where they got the pillows. On the eve of the New Year's, Sandy had dropped off poppers for us to ring in the New Year. We really loved the small, personal touches and notes from Sandy which made our stay even more enjoyable and tons of super helpful information. They were always very accessible and responded immediately whenever we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again next time we're down there. Just an FYI it is up some winding roads but easy to find in daylight. Also, there's no cell service almost anywhere in the mountains (which we were warned about) but there is wifi in the cabin and house phone you can use, just be prepared with your maps for once you venture out as GPS is not reliable up there. Thank you again for a lovely visit, we had such an amazing time!
