Positive: The flat is conveniently located near the beach and in a central area. The apartment features modern furnishings and appliances. The host was extremely responsive. Overall, I had a positive impression.

Negative: We would have liked to have more kitchen utensils and dishes. We only had three garbage bags for a two-week stay. Some appliances were already on their last legs: one of the two toasters was broken (it was unclear why it was there in the first place), the coffee machine was leaking, and there was a blender box but no blender. The street outside the windows was very noisy; it was impossible to sleep with the window open, and even sitting on the balcony was not very pleasant due to the constant noise.

Positive: Love the 24-hour security and clean grounds. Our POC was also very attentive and responsive.

Negative: The pool and playground area was closed with no notice given before we arrived.

Positive: Amazing facilities (pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and a nice garden), the apartment has a lovely view of the city (21st floor), and spotless apartment. It was convenient to be close to a shopping center as well.

Negative: Mexico city is a busy and loud city and as the windows are single glazed, we could hear all night long street noise and what seems like night club music on Saturday and Sunday.
