Positive: It is a very nice villa with extra spacious rooms and heritage feel. It has a small pool too. The caretaker Lokesh made very tasty food for us and was very responsive and helpful. The host Mr Madhusoodan and family visited us and made us feel very welcome. He also recommended the best sight seeing options!

Negative: We traveled in winter, it would have been nice to have some heating in the rooms.

Positive: Spacious apartment with balcony, was rather clean inside, decent bed and shower. Not bad location, quiet street.

Negative: - No TV! This is very important when I travel with kids. I also planned to watch some Euro 2024 football match, but it was a disappointment not to find TV in the apartment. - No coffee machine. It is a basic thing that should be in every apartment. - There was a cigarette smoke smell in the apartment and the couch had a burnt spot from cigarette. - Maybe it is subjective opinion, but the hosts do not care a lot about their guests. I have to ask myself about check-in instructions, I got wi-fi password only in the evening. - Not good value for money.
