Summary: My second stay at Yelfs. As always the staff were friendly and helpful. This time I was staying in the annex across the road. This is less appealing than the main hotel. The rooms are very clean and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The rooms, especially across the road are basic, dated and shabby in places. The mattress really could do with being replaced and the room smelt a bit off putting. However, for the price it’s a decent place to spend the night in an old fashioned hotel set up. I will stay again, not luxury but clean and with good people working there.

Summary: The location of the hotel was great as it was in central Ryde. There was a small car park that we were able to use which was useful. The rooms were clean but in need of maintenance work, new bathrooms, sinks, and re-painting. All the staff that we came into contact with were friendly and very helpful and I cannot fault them at all.

Summary: We had a very nice stay. The hotel is unfortunately looking a bit shabby compared to how it used to be.

Summary: Room was super hot, and old. Shower was rusty. The bed was the smallest and most uncomfortable bed I've slept in. No one ever available at reception. And to top it all off spent an absolute fortune for one night. Do not recommend at all.

Summary: This is very run down, brilliant location but a tired hotel. I had no kettle in my room despite having tea coffee and mugs, this was rectified once I brought it up. The staff are fantastic, the hotel itself is just very tired.
