Positive: We have been guests during the weekend. Our room was in the 3rd. Floor and the regular elevator was off. We had to climb 3 floors using stairs.

Positive: Dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful. The succah area was excellent, as was the pool area. The treatment I had in the spa was excellent and very relaxing. The male therapist was very professional and respectful. All in all, we wanted a couple of days of total relaxation, and that's what we got.

Negative: I didn't feel that the bathroom was as clean as it could have been. All around the outside of the shower needed scrubbing. The bathroom door was tatty and needs replacing. Would have been nice to have an easy chair to sit on in the bedroom. Most of the sunbeds in the garden were broken and needed to be replaced. It would also have been easier to get towels at the pool reception rather than having to go up to the main hotel reception to get them. The changing rooms near the spa area need a makeover as does the garden area!!

Summary: 2 days of relaxation.

Positive: Nice if you want out of city stay. A lot of space in lobby and other public parts of the hotel. Nice sport facilities, and an indoor pool.
