Summary: Great hotel to stay when on business trip. Location and access to the public transport is good. They provide a good breakfast and room service. The front office staff are friendly and speak English. The free internet was fantastic.

Summary: The hotel is in a very convenient location as the subway is about 50 metres away, making travel extremely convenient. Service was good --- they tried hard to ensure my stay was good. The room I was given had a faint smoking smell and when I told this to the front desk, they accommodate me by showing me other rooms as alternatives. Room furnishing is basic, though comfortable.

Summary: No doubt the customer service is much higher compared to service I experienced in Beijing, Shanghai and another hotel in Guangzhou. My only complaint is there is no heater in the room and this is not acceptable especially in winter.
