Positive: The room was clean and cosy.

Negative: The food at the restaurant was not good. I felt very heavy after eating there with just a few bites from the kachamak and patatnik in two separate days. My boyfriend also felt the same way.

The spacious restaurant offers a wide selection of authentic Rhodope cuisine, rich in flavour and variety to satisfy every taste. The rooms are warmly decorated with wood panelling and matching wooden furniture, creating a cosy mountain atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Dinner was hearty, breakfast provided several different options, and both were delicious. The peace and freshness of the surrounding region leave a profound positive impact on one’s mind and spirit. A wonderful place to experience the hospitality and beauty of the Rhodope Mountains.

Positive: Everything was great! 🥰 The staff is very friendly and very helpful. On request they can organize a trip with an offroad vehicle to the closest nature attractions - Eagle’s peak, Yagodina cave, Devil’s throat cave, etc. The rooms in the hotel are very comfortable and with an amazing view of the Rodopa mountain. And the last, but not the least- the restaurant! The food there is extremely delicious! We didn’t have enough time to try everything on the menu, but whatever we did was exceptional! We were very happy that we chose this hotel and we will definitely stay there again!

Positive: The hostess was so nice and accommodating! We had a great dinner there and the room was comfortable and lovely. It was my birthday and they had the room ready for me with balloons and a sign of happy birthday!
