Positive: Superb and highly practical dog-friendly accommodation. Rooms are clean and spacious and ours on the ground floor had an impressive, private outdoor space (room 501). Lovely location right on the waterfront with tremendous lake views. Excellent facilities including outdoor pool, gym, saunas, billiards room and safe underground parking. Wonderfully professional and very polite staff. A truly fabulous holiday experience.

Negative: Loved everything - just one thing stopped me from giving the hotel 10 stars - and that is that the shampoo & shower gel toiletries are packaged in single-use packets. Unfortunately, way too much packaging waste. A commitment to sustainability and a swap to more environmentally sustainable products is our request to management. Thank you ♻️

Positive: The stay passed very well. the facility neat, although one of the shower headsets did not work. the apartment itself was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. saunas also a plus. Overall, I would recommend and stay again.

Positive: Modern. Clean. Blackout blinds (overslept for 1st in years!) Terrace where you can have a coffee. Warm inside. Lovely walk along river to town centre. The 2 ladies at reception were great and very communicative via WhatsApp

Negative: Check-in times stipulated on reservation was later than anticipated but I called the property to have an earlier check-in which they gladly accommodated. Public transport not always at regular times (should you not want to walk the 1.7km into town)

Positive: It is facing the lake, we had a beautiful terrace (sadly the weather was bad), bed very comfortable, staff was welcoming and it is very safe (closed gate for entrance and parking).

Negative: The spa was not directly accessible from our building we had to go outside (it was cold and raining), and there is not much space to change at the spa or lockers. Not super practical but the small pool/jacuzzi was warm and 3 sauna/hammam too.
