No detail is too small in this home, loaded full of games like air hockey, packed with every household amenity and comfort that we could fit.
The Space:
Eight (or more for special arrangements) people will be comfortable on our ornamental furnishings in our four themed bedrooms, including the Nutcracker Suite and Pink Fir Parlor, as well as sectional and pull out couches for the most festive groups.
Our fully stocked kitchen includes full stove and oven access with a large refrigerator, plentiful spices to serve up your traditional holiday dishes, and even a high chair, stroller, and pack-and-play for the little ones.
All four guest rooms in this winter wonderland are individually themed and outfitted with Smart TVs, wireless phone charging areas, and sleep machines. Multiple jolly recreation areas include plentiful seating, piles of board games, and large Smart TV’s plus arcades loaded with gaming and Holiday movie content. Our Naughty Elves Bunk carries a selection of children's Christmas books, and the main level’s walls are covered in jovial "spot the difference" game pictures – your kids will spend hours trying to find what's different from one puzzle to the next.
A bluetooth record player with several Christmas albums will get you into the holiday mood as you enjoy decor like a tree with a functional train, Holiday paintings by local artists and antique collectors, and various Xmas trinkets from every era. This centrally-located Saint Louis home also features two work desks, one and a half bathrooms, a grill and furnished snow globe in the backyard, and a fully-equipped laundry room to ensure comfortable long stays, so plan your Xmas in July, May, September, or any time of year now!

Summary: The whole house looks very nice and clean, the basement is amazing with an arcade machine and an air hockey table, tv, couches etc… I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to St Louis Missouri

Summary: I rented the Christmas House because it was very child friendly (8 and 11 year old). The backyard had plenty of room for running around and lots spots to hide eggs for our Easter Egg Hunt. We wished we could have utilized the putt-putt course but it was too windy. The basement with the air hockey table, arcade game, and television kept the kids busy when we were home. There were six of us and we had plenty of bedroom, living room, and kitchen table space. The kitchen looked fully stocked but we always are out so I can’t speak for it. John provided plenty of towels, bath mats, and even extra new toothbrushes ( my granddaughter forgot to pack hers). The house was convenient to all the places we wanted to see and easy to spot at night. We even enjoyed the walk across the street with the bridge and the spillway-the kids enjoyed skipping stones in the water. The only worry we had was from the kids-would the Easter Bunny come to a Christmas House?. Of course he will! If we ever come back to St. Louis we will definitely stay here again. Thanks John!!!

Summary: Usually we can come out of our stays finding the flaws in the property. During this stay we couldn't find anything wrong. The kids loved the decor, but my wife and I appreciated all the attention to detail that made the property comfortable and accomidating. You can tell the time and effort that was put into this place, with thoughts of how to make guests happy. From chargers on nightstands and endtables, to the cleanliness of the property. This was definitely a pleasant experience, and we talked about how we will likeky use again on our next trip to St. Louis. Thanks for the focus on your guests.

Summary: We had a great stay in the Christmas house. We were blown away at how fun and decorated the house is, constantly finding new details that we hadn't noticed before. The house is older, but nicely remodeled and very comfortable. The kids loved the arcade style video games, air hockey, and having TV's in all of the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. Would definitely stay here again!
