Positive: Has seen better days. You do not get the best value for what you pay for here. We were made to wait bcz they couldnt find our booking. The 19th floor where we stayed STANK of cigarette smoke. When i brought it up i was met with a shrug. Big massive impressive place but fallen on hard days.

Negative: The room smelled of dampness and the cigarette smell on the entire floor and by the bedroom’s entrance/
