Summary: The staff is WONDERFUL. They try to go above and beyond and are very friendly. I would recommend the resort just based on the staff alone! Thank you for being great! The room itself is okay. It was very spacious for our family, but does need a little updating. Our oven and our TV didn't work well, and the wifi was not reliable. Other than that, great stay. Thanks again!

Summary: We had 2BR, 2BATH apartment. It was very clean and nice. It was pretty dark and we had to use lights even during a day. We get some noise from the unit above. I recommend to get the upstairs unit, it will be quiet and maybe more daylight. Xanadu has nice small heated pool and jacuzzi. The beach is not good for swimming - typical for the 95% of the whole area. The only real beach is Secret Beach 1 hr. away by golf cart or water taxi. No restaurant in Xanadu, just a bar.
