Summary: The staff was fine. But our room with a balcony has been neglected to say the least. It was in the worse shape of any room I have ever stayed in. It was clean, but cabinets were coming off, screws haphazardly tempted to hold it on. Excessive rust on shower hanger brackets. The bathroom sink lower shelf looked like it had been chewed on by a junkyard dog. It really was kind of amazing that they would rent a room out like this.

Summary: The staff was great and the building overall was nice. Unfortunately I ended up getting a nasty room that had blood and urine stains on the bed. After I saw a few roaches, I called the front desk and they were quick and polite while changing my room which was much nicer. The whole roach encounter could have been from the balcony door not being closed all the way because I can't imagine that place having an infestation.
