Summary: The bedroom was ok, but the bathroom did not look that good, we had to call to request shampoo because the lady who cleaned did not put some there, since we arrived was almost empty, and the quality of the shampoo was practically just water, really bad.

Summary: The manager, i smoke at the pool in the mornings is not one single signal of NO SMOKING IN THE OPEN POOL AREA, AND SHE LOCK THE DOOR OF THE POOL SO I CAN DO NOT HAVE ACCESS IN THE MORNINGS TO IT.AND FOR THE NEXT FOUR DAYS, NOBODY WENT NOBODY JUMP IN THE POOL IN THE pool, the room was perfectly clean but they don't change your, Sheets every day they just fix you bed. Clean the floors back you and the floors clean the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean, the best of the hotel was the mornings on the buffet. The service was excellent, 5 🌟
