Positive: The hotel is pet friendly and very accommodating. They even provide a cage and food bowls. (I took my own with anyway). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves very good western food. The location is close to a major shopping center. The gardens, gym and pool is fantastic. The room was beautiful and had a nice city view. The gardens are nice for walks with my dog.

Negative: I had to pay ¥300 at checkin, for deep cleaning to be done once we left because I had my pet with me. This is not a problem and I didnt mind. BUT I expected a clean room and there were urine marks on the carpet and in the bathroom on the floor from the previous guests' pets. It drove my dog insane. The bed was not as comfortable as I expect from a 5 star hotel.

Positive: The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The problem is that the staff doesn’t speak English. Very annoying to be at a 5 stars hotel and having to use Google translator to ask for a coffee. Ordering something over the phone is an adventure.

Negative: Food. Decoration.

Summary: Avoid if you are not Chinese.
