Positive: THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND BIG. ALSO THE HOTEL STAFF WERE VERY KIND AND HELPFULL TO ALL OUR NEEDS.

Negative: THE WHOLE HOTEL IS PARTLY RENOVATED AND ALL THE FACILITIES LOOK VERY OLD. THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A SMART TV AND THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A NESPRESSO COFFE MACHINE. WE WERE EXPECTING MUCH BETTER FACILITIES FROM A FIVE STAR HOTEL.

Positive: Breakfast very nice. Full. Location quite unique.

Negative: The quality of the food / lunch dinner did not meet the standards of a 5* hotel. Overpriced. 90€ for a two member family with a small child without the drinks is excessive. The price was higher than the one mentioned on the Internet.

Positive: The location is excellent, the views are spectacular, it’s very clean. The property is very large, so the grounds may be unkempt in some places, but it gives it character. The executive rooms were beautiful even though the furniture is a bit old - we did not mind. The little golfs for swimming are great. The staff was always friendly and capable. Overall a more than pleasant experience, and good value for money. The area itself is wonderful, if you’re ever there with a sturdy vehicle, please check out the wild beaches nearby.

Negative: Parking was a bit difficult to get to, a bit of an abrupt climb. And there were cars parked on the property, next to the rooms, where theoretically parking was forbidden.

Positive: Location, outside of town, quiet with excellent views. Great facilities, beautiful grounds, very hospitable and friendly staff that were eager to please. We got upgraded to a better room, which was wonderful.

Negative: There is no power point for electrical appliances in bathroom or fan. Limited staff at reception on arrival.

Positive: We were originally booked at the Wyndham Resort, but as it hadn’t opened for the season, we were moved to their sister hotel, Club Casino Loutraki, at the same rate. Although this hotel is usually more expensive, it felt like a downgrade. It’s very outdated and caters mainly to mass tourism—groups passing through to visit local attractions or people coming for the casino. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the foam mattresses got quite hot at night. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. The buffet restaurant had a variety of food, but it was repetitive. The outdoor pool area felt neglected, with weeds and an overall tired appearance. The indoor spa and gym were nice, but the massage wasn’t worth the price. Overall, the hotel felt very impersonal and not somewhere I’d choose to stay again.
