Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the room was clean and comforting. The only thing that could have made it better is to open the coffee and snack shop that was located inside . It was completely closed out 3 day stay.

Summary: Service was great. Location was awesome. Walking distance to brick town. Felt safe. Room cleanliness was average. Not the worst I’ve seen but not the best. Rooms had an interesting odor. All furniture were stained and felt a little grimy. Overall the location and service outshined the negatives

Summary: I initially booked a King room, was asked to "upgrade" to a suite with 2 queen beds and seperate seating room. I agreed, but the "upgrade" was more like a downgrade. The couch and chair looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. We did not sit on the furniture. The bedroom seemed not as bad as the furniture. The beds were comfortable and clean. The curtains on the other hand were not. When we opened the light blocking curtains, you could see some pretty gross spots in the shears. The bathroom needs work a well. The bathtub had been patched. So when you stood in it to take a shower, you felt like you were going to fall through. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bartender was a very nice guy. The amount of stats given for comfort, was only due to the beds being comfortable. Honestly, we chose the hotel because of the price of the room. Lesson learned go with the higher priced room.

Summary: The hotel was good. The staff was good. Trying to get my room cleaned was ridiculous. Everything had to be done without talking to a human being... always using an app that did not have the option I needed. Also, I did not receive the final bill in my email and after 2 frustrating phone calls, (again I had to jump through irritating hoops all because there was not a human being that could simply help me with what I needed). People get very tired of always being referred to an app or and email when you should have a human being to take care of business.

Summary: Fantastic stay, the hotel was nice, everybody was very friendly, the only thing that was wrong was the bedroom AC was out and the second bathroom didn’t flush but it was perfect otherwise!

Summary: Good room but two problems. First, one of the elevators makes a very loud squeaking sound when it goes down, so throughout the night when I tried to sleep, I would hear the squeaking sound which was disruptive. Second, my bathtub water would not drain properly. Service was otherwise good and the room was in otherwise solid condition.

Summary: Phones on the room didn’t work. We couldn’t contact housekeeping, front desk. I was told after that everything we would need was on their app. I wasn’t posted on the room anywhere. My kids that slept on a sofa beds had one sheet to cover with. We were there for two days and only had 2 towels. We paid for a suite to sleep 5 and we got 2 towels and housekeeping never came the entire stay. Valet parking was $37 a night. Hotel restaurant was not kid friendly with food.

Summary: Requests to housekeeping went unanswered. No soap in bath. Front desk gave me the wrong room number at check-in. Sheets had stains that appeared to be blood. Water pooled in bath tub. Not all electrical sockets worked. Windows were filthy.
