Positive: Right outside the door to the International Airport. A 2 minute walk for that early flight time. Also great room service and complimentary waters.

Positive: Beautiful, modern hotel just a few steps from the new airport terminal. The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless, and breakfast was delicious.

Negative: Personally, I’m not a big fan of the “open bathroom” style with no door, although I know it’s becoming more common, especially in airport hotels.

Positive: The hotel was very close to the airport and was perfectly located for a transit layover.

Negative: The check in process was too long. Considering this is a transit hotel I think it is important to note that customers arrive pretty tired out and need to get to their room ASAP. Having to wait around for a check in process which took a good half an hour, with staff chatting to each other was not appropriate, esp as we were travelling with a child. The rooms could also have catered for transit passengers, providing basic toiletries like a toothbrush etc.

Positive: Great location and a wonderful breakfast

Negative: This is the only hotel close to the airport, it's a taxi journey to the next closest one, the new airport has made it difficult to get out and into it compared to the old one, I feel they are still working on this and hope it will be better soon. I feel its expensive aswell
