Summary: It took the staff 30 minutes to get us a key to our room because of housekeeping, room was still dusty and had no toilet paper.

Summary: Initially, I thought it was gonna be a great place to stay for an anniversary getaway. Upon arriving the inside of the place, the lobby area looked amazing, but as I got to the room, I’m guessing they were doing some type of renovation so there were microwaves and coffee machines outside of the rooms the room that I initially booked, I had to settle for a double bed room instead of a king size room. throughout the entire weekend, other patrons in the hotel were extremely loud running up and down the halls. Sounds like a couple of arguments were happening, and it was kind of unsettling. There are times where you walk out into the hallways and into the elevator that it smelt like paraphernalia. room service was down majority of the weekend. They were only refreshing towels and that’s about it. The parking was horrible due to an event at the scope. The parking lot for the hotel was jam packed, and there was no spaces for people staying at the hotel to park. I had to ride around a few times just to find a parking space. but for the most part, it was fairly clean on the outside appearance needs to be brought up to par power washing. Inside the building the paint in the walls in the hallway areas had cracks and chunks missing.

Summary: Needed to adjust the hot water for comfort other than that everything was great!

Summary: Only 1 out of 4 elevators worked. First room we checked in had water all over the floor from the rain that was going on when we checked in. 2nd room was good. People were on the stairs outside of the hotel smoking weed. Lobby was updated but the bathrooms were outdated. Beds and room were good. Would stay somewhere else if revisiting the area.

Summary: Check in was great! And the hotel staff was nice. The hotel is very old, you can smell it. I checked in early dropped my bags in the room and left. I got back to my hotel room late in the night. Went to take a shower and there was hair in the shower. Went to pull the cover back and the was some sort of dirt debris in the beds, the floor was dirty and you could feel the dirty underneath your feet.
