Positive: The hotel is very well equipped and they have very good food in the restaurant. The staff is very nice and helpful. The facilities were clean, and the room was spacious and clean.

Negative: I didn't like the fact that they are in front of the old airport and everything outside looks deserted and dusty. I think also that it is overpriced.

Positive: Extremely friendly staff. They kept our extra luggage in storage when we left to Galapagos until our return. Airport shuttle service to and from the hotel is great. They arranged a taxi for us to visit Mercado Central and China Town. Driver Antonio was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to have a late checkout also as our flight out of Lima was in late afternoon.

Positive: It was a lot further from the airport than it makes it seem in the description. Shuttle took over 45mins to get to the hotel from the airport. Room was clean but had a bad smell and was very noisy.

Negative: Shuttle was easy to find at the airport.

Summary: Wouldn’t stay again.

Negative: The old hotel(where I stayed) is not comfortable, and with the new airport location, it is not worth the cost. Too much time in transfers. The shuttle service frequency can be better.
