Positive: The rooms are big and clean with a toilet equipped with bathtub. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Chinese restaurant serves excellent Cantonese food. It has an outdoor area with trees and a pond but I wish the garden has flowers and benches for people to sit and enjoy the peace of the garden.

Negative: The location which is out of the way and the MRT Station is too far to walk.

Positive: I liked the location and cleanliness of the rooms. The cleaner - Aimee Lei was very polite and kind. A very had working lady.

Negative: Breakfast! Breakfast wasn't great. It was quantity but not quality. Food in general was not of good quality and was over priced. In my view, nothing was cooked from scratch, all were from a freezer and warmed up [with exceptions of a few local breakfast delicacy] which I wasn't interested in.

Summary: It was a good stay but unlikely to stay again.
