Summary: Hotel room was very spacious with a big bathroom and lots of storage in the closet. There is a safe. Every staff member was friendly. Service was exceptional at the pool, breakfast buffet and Italian restaurant. (We ate offsite other meals). The food was probably the best we’ve had at any AI resort and we’ve been to probably 100. The main pool was nice but deep. (5 feet or so) The pool deck gets extremely hot and the steps getting out of pool (the hand rails) are boiling even early morning. I’d recommend getting covers for them like we have in our pool in Florida. There was no “towel game” here - we could get pool seats any time of day. Pool entertainment wasn’t anything special and the ‘crazy games’ , tossing a football, not crazy at all. Foam party was great. Nightly entertainment varied. It seemed ok but we usually went out. The beach was pretty much non-existent except for a small patch but even there you’d need to wade thru seaweed to get into the water. This is not the hotel’s fault but I’m mentioning it because if you want a beach vacation you won’t get it here. We knew that coming in but for the price and close proximity to Avenida Quinta we were fine with it. Location is great. Plenty of shops, rests and bars right out the door but the food at hotel is great so you definitely don’t need to leave for good food. You can come to this hotel, eat and drink and be entertained all day at the pool and never leave the resort. Great value for the money. Nicest staff.

Summary: Just left Alltra. What a beautiful hotel. I loved all of the architecture and the grounds are very clean. We upgraded to an ocean view with a nice big balcony. The room is really pretty and very clean. The bathroom was very nice and a great shower. Hot and lots of pressure. The foam party was so much fun. The pool was the cleanest pool I’ve ever seen at an all inclusive resort. The service at all restaurants/bars/pool was excellent. The location is perfect. 2 blocks off 5th Avenue. The small beach was nice and cute bar on the beach. We had to search for it at first but once we found it, it was great. Roof top pool also. We didn’t get in. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is perfect. My only complaint was the guacamole was made with oil. Who puts oil in guacamole?? Apparently people do that in Playa at a few restaurants. We just asked for no oil. Enjoy Alltra

Summary: The overall property is nice, however the restaurant staff isn't very attentive, also no free parking. The staff appeared to be running a scam by notifying the local traffic enforcement when your time expired which resulted in a boot/device being placed on your tire that cost $32 to have removed. The machine in front of the hotel is broken, therefore you have to walk 2 blocks up the street to use the other one but no one will tell you that! The

Summary: Stayed for a week to have Dental surgery. As I was experiencing some discomfort and didn't want to go out, the pool area with its' breeze was a relaxing way to spend the rest of the day. The Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner buffets provided more the enough variety to be sure there was something I could eat every day depending upon the condition of my mouth. I will be back in January for 2 weeks to complete my Dental work. I will definitely be staying here.

Summary: This all inclusive is a smaller property with great service. We ha been to many high end resorts like Secrets and the service here is just as good if not better. The food was high quality much like you would expect at very high end resorts. Unfortunately, we came at a time when the seaweed made the beach unusable. End of June beginning of July. All in all, it was a great place? I highly recommend.

Summary: It was an awesome experience for my husband and me. We really enjoy the hotel. Is well located. Food is great. The personal is great all gentle. The only thing is that they close early the bar which for being an just adults hotel you spect they close later and have more fun during the night time. But other tan that is fine. Other thing to have in consideration is that the beach access is small but it’s close to quinta avenida so you can go to a bigger beach access. We recommend it.
