Positive: Absolutely beautiful and very old colonial house from the mid to late 1800s, with a pretty garden. Great ambience. Exquisitely decorated. Very warm welcome from our hostess, with great attention to detail and to our comfort. She was very accommodating which we appreciated. Our bed was extremely comfortable. A strong shower. Everything we needed, including coffee machine and breakfast croissants (on request). We were charmed the moment we entered through a library area, saw the elegant sitting room with its garden outlook and open fireplace, then up the old wooden staircase to a large and stylishly furnished bedroom. We wished we could have stayed longer as it was a really lovely experience that we would highly recommend.

Positive: Everything! The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. I was especially touched by the thoughtful details like cotton pads and cotton buds — such a rare and lovely gesture! Carmel and Stuart were warm and helpful — Carmel even came upstairs in person to answer my question, which was so kind. The breakfast spread was amazing, especially the homemade bread spread with a hint of lemon. The house itself is full of history and charm — a beautifully restored 165-year-old villa with a gorgeous garden. I absolutely loved it!

Negative: Nothing — it was a perfect stay.

Positive: Luxury accommodation in a Heritage 2 listed house. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the house felt very peaceful and quiet. George the cat was a delight. Carmel and Stuart were wonderful hosts. Really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and homebaking.
