Positive: Spacious rooms and lounge and bar areas . Lovely views . Really helpful staff who organised a room change when water dripped through the ceiling from the bathroom above .

Negative: Breakfast on the Monday morning was lacking some items .. very little fresh fruit for example compared to the previous morning .

Positive: Very friendly reception staff on arrival. Very nice clean serviceable bedroom with AC and comfy bed.

Negative: Dirty stairs and cigarette ends in the carpark. Damaged doors to reception. Restaurant 🤔 Not cheap ribeye £30+ pretty sure it was a sirloin and medium side of MR - One of the ordered veg was missed. Had to return a glass of wine as it was cooking wine like. Staff really friendly, helpful and trying hard; but very inexperienced. Windows dirty in restaurant and as much as I like something contemporary - I don’t want to a rant from Eminem playing while I’m trying to relax with a glass of wine and a steak.

Negative: Waiting staff aren’t very customer focussed . Reception staff were excellent however. Don’t have breakfast on a Thursday later than 08:30 as a BNI meeting descends and take over the breakfast area - very noisy and like hungry locusts . Not ideal and the breakfast the previous days were much nicer Very limited vegan options sadly too

Negative: Room wasn’t cleaned so there were a lot of water bottles in our room and no toilet paper No mushrooms at breakfast. As I’m vegatarian it’s nice to have them The first morning the breakfast was cold
