Summary: Beautiful lobby. Easy check in. Very courteous staffs. Room is nice but could be a bit more clean. Big bath tub fills up with hotspring water quickly. Breakfast buffet is small but decent. Overall the highlight is the Bath tub.

Summary: The room and services were excellent, but the hot spring facility, though in good condition, probably needs more upkeep, given that this is a five-star hotel.

Summary: All the staffs are kind and helpful. Public pool was quite, clean, relaxing. However the room was a bit cold when we are sleeping even though we turn off the air conditioner.

Summary: location wise, it's about 15 minutes walk from the old town center. very few restaurants around the property. It's a quiet neighborhood. Chose this hotel cos travel with a 1 year old and she'll be able to join us in the hot onsen within the room. Cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom needs improvement. It's not dirty, but you can tell it's not spotless clean and needs scrubbing. Bed and lining is clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast has no surprise. Can choose between normal western style omelette etc , or Taiwanese congee / noodles.

Summary: Excellent dinner. Well deserved the price. Only recommendation is to hotels.com though. The website should have stated that the hot spring is for kids over 12 for safety purposes. There was a slight disappointment with this from my family.

Summary: The room that we stayed in was spacious and contemporary in look and feel. Being low season, the hotel was peaceful and even the spa was so tranquil. All in all, we had a very good rest.

Summary: Had a great 2 day stay at the hotel. The hot spring bath in our room was great and the dinner was fantastic. Will come back again in the future.

Summary: Very nice and wonderful hotel, so i visited once again (I came here 3 yrs ago). But Wulai river's currently in construction mode, so the color of river is awful... ;( The beautiful color has gone, so it was really sad to see the view. Anyway, the hotel itself is so beautiful and perfect (except breakfast), so please consider here as a best place to stay.
