Positive: The hotel is super good , the swimming pool is so great, staffs are really nice , we had breakfast and dinner : they are all good . The playing room is full of games, really impressed ! Everywhere is full of snow - which i love it so much

Positive: big parking for all of visitors. playground for fitness equipment. Dinner and breakfest was ok. The ladies at reception and restaurant were nice.

Negative: After arrival we're announced that the swimming pool is under reconstruction. This was the main attraction we chose this accomodation. We asked for compansation - voacher to other hotel with swimming pool. Got nothing! awfull servis. Pictures on the web totally dosn't corespond with reality. We've got very, very small room for 5 members family. We're evidently cheated, because the hotel was empty, just couple of workers, who probabelly work on the pool constructions.
