Positive: We loved everything! We were 3 adults and 1 teenager (he slept in the tatami-room). Everything you need is available in the apartment and it´s situated a few minutes from the Kameido trainstation (east entrance) and you have conveniance-stores very close by, for example 7eleven, Family Mart and Lawson. There are also a couple of shoppingmalls, a lot of restaurants and cafes in every corner almost. We especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms, the 2 showers, the big kitchentable with the supercomfortable chairs around it and the very comfortable firm beds.
Negative: Bigger towels please! It worked and we could manage but they are a bit to small for bathtowels.

The staff were friendly and responsive, and the location was good—close to shops and public transport. The only thing missing was a dryer—adding one would make the stay even better.

Positive: It was located close to the train station and there were several places around to eat.
Negative: I thought it was a true 3 bedroom. However it was a 2 bedroom with a futon bed for the 3rd room. Also there were small steps within the apartment which made tripping hazards for everyone.

Positive: Everything was clean and well maintained, overall nicely designed.
Negative: The bath towels were on the small side in my opinion. Some wall art in the bedrooms would improve the overall design as it was a bit stark. There didn't seem to be pillow cases on the pillows which made me wonder about cleanliness.
